alright, if someone could get me some ideas as to how to run it, weekly, monthly, ect, we shall do tourney's on a monthly basis, end of the month determines the winner, ect.

4 rounds, 4 themes, 1 winner..lol. something like that.

Going by 16 people entering

First week of the month:
Flexibility of styles, meaning the entries provide 2 different styles for that week showing how much mastery they have over 2 completely different styles. max dimensions 500x300. people with 3 lowest votes knocked out.

Second week of the month:
Theme, all entries must provide a signature that shows the theme chosen. max dimensions 500x300. people with 3 lowest votes knocked out.

Third week:
Stock, entries given a stock to work with. max dimensions 500x300. people with 3 lowest votes knocked out.

Fourth week:
Abstract, all entries must provide an abstract entry. people with 3 lowest votes knocked out. And the one with the highest votes wins.

At the end of the month the person with the highest amount of votes from all the weeks wins. Prize maybe something like a year membership or something on photobucket.

Me likeh the league Idea . But like , normal 1vs1 league sounds better . Or clan league so clans become more active. Rules used can be taken from Basketball leagues like nba or euroleague , just sped up , like lets say we'll have 8 teams of 4 ppl ( clans w/e ) or more ppl in clan . and each week all clans have matchup lets say clans wud be .

Clan 8

Clan 1 goes against clan 8 first week, then next week clan 1 vs clan 7 till it goes against clan 2 , then after all clans have had 7 battles , 1st round is over and 2 clans with least points (wins) fall out . Then again clan 1 vs clan 6 (based on standings this time) till 5 battles are fought. Then again 2 fall out , and 4 are left . then again clan 1 again clan 4 *Standings* . final week of the month 2 best remain .

OR do the basketball way . once first week is up , clans do second round . then third . then once 3 rounds are done 4 best go to semis
where they have semi finals , lets say first to 3 wins gets to the finals .(like in basketball) then finals first to 4 wins .
You could call it GLOBAL(GSA) CLAN CUP (GCC) and idk how long 1 cup would take but it could be like 2 cups a year mby ?
