i keep searching for tut....
on how do i make TOPAZ thingy???

pls help me...^^

Topaz (or Topaz Vivacity) is a an 'add-on' program for PS. Basically it acts as a filter and provides for several ways to 'clean up' and improve the look of images in PS. You can download the trial here if you want:

Once you've downloaded, extracted (I think), and installed it, you can access it from the "Filter" menu in PS (it should be at the very bottom below "Digimarc").
