stock/render question

i was going to post some things in the small art place thing but i was reading the rules and it said if i didn't cut it i can't use it, does that count planet renders?

Cut what? It depends... if you just take a stock and upload it without doing anything then you can't use it. As long as you alter it in someway and that there's permission from the photographer/artist you'll be fine. If it says "NO USING" then obviously, don't use it.

i mean, it said you cant use any like renders you didnt cut by yourself.
im horrible at cutting them and i use planetrenders to get mine.
would that be ripping because i didnt cut it myself.

Nope, unless it says otherwise on the page you're fine. Same goes with Gamerenders.
