Sexy stock...not sure what to do next

I found this nice stock...did the lighting text and a bit of smudging but now im stuck. Im trying to smudge with a different brush but the smudging is too soft and doesnt show up when i set the layer to lighten. But this is what i have so far...any suggestions?

Too soft you say?
Try turning up strength and smudge some moar

give the smudge some shadows I would say and use more layers to get more depht

Put some interesting stuff in it, in my opinion

id say to add some more flow maybe, add sum splatter, displace and then wave filter, then apply image and clip mask it and set it to 20% opac
